Tricia Holland

March 24, 1952 March 11, 2026

Etoile, TX

Patricia Diane Holland, 73, of Etoile, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026. Born on March 24, 1952, in Palatka, Florida, Tricia was the cherished daughter of the late Walt Roberts and Eunice (Barrs) Dugas. Affectionately known as Tricia by family and friends, she brought elegance, grace, and eloquence to every part of her life, embodying the true spirit of a Southern Belle.

Tricia enjoyed a distinguished career with Southwestern Bell as a lobbyist and project manager. She remained deeply committed to her community, serving on the boards of the Pearland Chamber of Commerce, Pearland Economic Development, and the Galveston Area Chamber of Commerce. She also assisted with political campaigns and served as a Pearland ISD School Board Trustee. After retiring from Southwestern Bell, she joined her daughters at Bechtel Energy, where her leadership and warmth left a lasting impression on her colleagues.

Above all, Tricia treasured her family. She cherished her role as a mother to her children and considered becoming “Nana” to her grandchildren the greatest promotion of her life. She delighted in attending her grandchildren’s events, working around the property with her devoted husband David, and creating new recipes with her daughter Amber.

She is survived by her loving husband, David Holland; daughters, Amber Zulkowski (and son-in-law Cody Zulkowski) and Tiffany Shawver; son, Aaron Leago; mother, Eunice Dugas; brother, Walt Roberts (and sister-in-law Sue Roberts); grandchildren, Destin Leago, Mikayla Shawver, Michael Shawver, Colton Zulkowski, and Audrey Zulkowski; great-grandson, Sutton Morgan; and many in-laws, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Roberts; stepfather, Charles Dugas; and brother, Gene Roberts.

Tricia was a devoted wife, mother, Nana, and friend whose kindness and compassion touched everyone who knew her. Her family looks forward to the day they will reunite with her in Heaven.
