Travis Craige Moad

Travis Craige Moad of Volga, South Dakota, passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 57. He was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas Craige and Sharon Elaine Moad (Suurmeyer), his daughter Amber, his uncle LeRoy Suurmeyer, and his grandparents Don and Donna Moad and Albert and Anna Suurmeyer.

Travis is survived by his wife, Klay Thompson-Moad; his children, Tanner Moad (Megan) of Arlington, Keatyn Moad (Jamison Honkomp) of Brookings, and Teagan Moad; his in-laws, Marcia and Larry Watson of Volga; and his sister, Heather Gonzalez. He will be deeply missed by many extended family members and close friends who cherished his presence in their lives.
