Tony Pritchard

Tony C. Pritchard, age 64 of Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Born on June 5, 1961 in Albany, Kentucky, to Willard and Delta (Winningham) Pritchard, Tony grew up surrounded by a large family. A longtime member of Wolf River United Baptist Church, he spent his working years as a skilled carpenter, quietly shaping homes and lives with his hands.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers—Billy, Lonnie, Larry, and Doug Pritchard—two infant brothers, his sister Johnnie Bilbrey, and two sisters-in-law, Virginia and Brenda Pritchard. Tony is survived by his sister Bonnie Reagan and her husband Everett, his brother Terry Pritchard, and many other loving family members and friends who will carry his memory forward.

A gentle and steadfast man, Tony will be remembered for the quiet strength and faithfulness he showed to his church, his craft, and those he loved.
