He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Severs Meadows; and his sisters, Lainye and Tisha. He is survived by: his father Tom Dorsey Johnston; his brother Leslye Johnston (Andrea); his nephew Trader Johnston; and his uncle Billy Severs (Tracy).

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Centennial Chapel of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401).
