Tommy Allen Boman, age 53, of Salt Springs, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2026. Born May 9, 1972, in Midland, Michigan, he was the son of the late Leon and Ada Jane (Slee) Boman. Tommy married Cynthia (Cyndi) on September 25, 2009, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Cyndi; her daughter Brittany (Steven) Gross and their children LeeLand, Landen, Logan, and Laikyn, who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his siblings David (Luanne) Burlingame, Judy (Dennis) Soper, Polly (Jim) Boman, Theresa Burlingame, Lennie Boman, Raynee Bishop, Iva (Mike) Cummings, and Mellisa (Gene) Boman; mother-in-law Ruth (George) Schoffstall; and sisters-in-law Rebecca (Jeff) Cupp, Rhonda Cagle, Glenda (Manny) Alonso, Stephanie (Bill) Brooks, Theresa (Dustin) Hopkins, and many other family members. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents Leonard and Dorothy Boman and David and Cora Slee of Edenville, Michigan, his brother John (Tracy) Burlingame, and many loved ones. He had a great relationship with his nephew Austin Boman, and they loved nothing more than outdoing each other with practical jokes-always keeping the spirit of fun going.

Tommy worked as a Construction Manager at Marathon Construction Services. He also served as a crane operator, heavy equipment operator, and transmission lineman. Known for his strong work ethic and pride in his craft, Tommy earned the respect of his colleagues and cherished the camaraderie of his work family. His warm, outgoing personality and larger-than-life spirit made him a beloved friend and neighbor. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially during cookouts, boating, fishing, and jeep rides through the woods. He was an active member of his community social clubs, treasuring the friendships he made there. At home, he was a devoted dog dad to Sparky and Cookie, who were his constant companions and sources of comfort. Tommy will be remembered for his kindness, quick smile, and willingness to lend a helping hand. His legacy of love, friendship, and hard work will be dearly missed.
