He is survived by: his parents, Charles William "Bill" and Carolyn Sue Harpole (Ury); his daughter Monica Griggs (David) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Maggie, Gabby and Charlie Griggs; his sister Jennifer Gold (John) of Cape Coral, FL; his sibling's children, Tesla Gold, Carolyn Jo Graham (Jake), Alex Taul (Shannon Mille) and Bradley Taul (Natlie); his great-nieces, Chloe, Kylie and Karlie Taul; his great-nephew Emmett Graham; his friend Brant Walker; Isabell.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (1422 Washington Ave, Alton, IL 62002). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
