Tobby is survived by her son, Dylan Raine Ridenour; her parents, Constance L. Price and Jack R. Price Sr. (Nancy); her siblings, Jack Price (Kerrie), Kelly Astwood, Suzanne May (Michael), and Erin Price (Jamie); and her siblings’ children, Gabriel, Cheyenne, Bailey, Jack, Emily, Josie, Annabelle, and Judd.
