Tina Kay Fulton, 62, of New Castle, passed away on March 8, 2026. Born in New Castle on November 5, 1963, she was the daughter of George “Gary” Stegner and the late Sue (Williamson) Stegner.
Tina leaves behind her children, Rachel Stegner and Jessie Fulton; her granddaughter, Chancellor Morrow; her father, Gary (Sara) Stegner; her siblings, Pam Stegner and Jan (Donnie) McKee; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will cherish her memory.
She will be remembered for the quiet strength and love she gave to her family, especially her children and beloved granddaughter.
