Tina Kay Fulton, 62, of New Castle, passed away on March 8, 2026. She was born in New Castle on November 5, 1963, to George “Gary” Stegner and the late Sue (Williamson) Stegner.

Tina attended New Castle Chrysler High School and later embarked on a career that would see her not only as a cab driver but also working in various Village Pantry locations. She had a friendly demeanor and easily made friends everywhere she went. Tina was known for her selflessness, always offering a helping hand to those in need.

In her leisure time, Tina found joy in bingo and visiting the casino. She was an avid reader and always dreamed of having an RV and traveling the world. However, among all her hobbies and interests, the most important in her life was her beloved granddaughter, Chancellor.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Rachel Stegner and Jessie Fulton; granddaughter, Chancellor Morrow; father, Gary (Sara) Stegner; siblings, Pam Stegner and Jan (Donnie) McKee; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Stegner; and her siblings, Cheryll McGee and Steve Stegner.

Cremation will take place at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Graveside services are pending and the date is to be determined. Burial will be at Green Hills Memory Gardens.
