He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cecil Tolliver, Sr. and Jaunita Jean Pierce Tolliver. He is survived by: his brothers, Billy Tolliver (Carol) of Statesville and Joe Tolliver of Elizabethton, TN.; his nieces, Jamie Tolliver Prevette (Jon) of Troutman and Miranda Tolliver Absher (James) of Canton, GA.; his great-nephew Will Prevette; his great-nieces, Maddie and Anne Absher; Tim.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Service (1070 Taylorsville Rd SE, Lenoir, NC 28645). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Morley Family Cemetery.
