Timothy Klaus

We bid farewell to Timothy Klaus of Tremont, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 8, 2026 at the age of 77. Timothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest R. Klaus and Vera Binkele Klaus; his siblings, Carol Boich, Shirley Klaus and Ronald Klaus; and his brother-in-law Arnold Boich.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Beth" Scheuermann (Rick) of Tremont, Philip Klaus (Jenny) of Tremont and Paul Klaus (Tiffany) of Tremont; his grandchildren, Tressa English (Grant), Sara Scheuermann, Hannah Schaefer (Matthew), Tanner Klaus, Reagan Klaus, Garrett Klaus, Lilly Klaus, Connor Klaus and Kaden Klaus; his brother Steve Klaus of Peoria; and his sister-in-law Diane Klaus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Northfield Christian Fellowship (411 W North St, Tremont, IL 61568). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
