Timothy Fravel

Timothy Fravel Null, 58, of Viera, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on March 11, 2026, following a courageous nine-month battle with esophageal cancer. His companion, Tina Revers, remained by his side.

Born on September 5, 1967, and raised in Kanawha County, West Virginia, Tim was an outstanding athlete who played basketball, baseball, and football for Nitro. He excelled on the football field as quarterback for the Nitro Wildcats. He graduated from Paden City High School in 1985 and went on to earn a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania in 1989.

After college, Tim lived in Maryland for many years, where he raised his family and worked in sales. He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers, often attending games with friends and family. He also loved the music of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and enjoyed attending their concerts. Those who knew him will remember his kind heart and remarkable bravery. Even during his most difficult days, he continued to ask about others and express gratitude for the love and support he received.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Mae Stover, his father, Fravel Null, and his sister, Lisa Smith. He is survived by his companion, Tina Revers of Viera, Florida; his sons, Matthew Null of Bethesda, Maryland, and Timmy Null of Columbia, Maryland; his sister, Pamela Jacobs of Nitro, West Virginia; his uncle and aunt, Dencil Dale and Nila Stover of Red House, West Virginia; his cousin, Maria Stover of Winfield, West Virginia; and a host of other family members and friends. In accordance with his wishes, Tim was cremated and a private service was held at Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens.
