He is survived by his wife, Shannon; daughters Shannon Brookins and her family, and Kayleen Iigenfritz and her family; sons Josh Deckard and his family, and Justin Deckard and his family; one brother, Rick Deckard; two sisters, Jennifer Roe and Shelley Deckard; and many other relatives and friends.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Arey Deckard and Beulah Blankenship Deckard; two sisters, Gail Bettis and Vicki Privette; one brother, Randy Deckard; and one son, Jason Aubrey Deckard.
