Thomas William Flaherty

Thomas William Flaherty, born on February 8, 1949, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, in The Villages, Florida, at the age of 77 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Tom was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Flaherty, and his parents, Edward Flaherty and Margaret (Shea) Flaherty. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Keegan and her husband Daniel of Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He is also survived by his son, Kevin Flaherty of Becket, Massachusetts, along with Kevin’s wife Christa and their children Zachary, Gavin, and Owen.

Tom’s family remains grateful for the compassionate care he received in his final years. A private family service will be held, and he will be laid to rest beside his wife in Adams, Massachusetts.
