Thomas Stuart Jarrard

Thomas Stuart Jarrard, born July 20, 1941 in Fresno, California to Ray and Helen Jarrard, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026 at the age of 84 with his family by his side.

He was a devoted husband to his wife Debra and a loving father and grandfather. To his family, Tommy was simply the best—the best husband, the best father and grandfather, and the best farmer. Farming was not merely his occupation but a life he truly loved. Those who knew him recognized him as one of a kind. His dedication, strength, and quiet way of caring for others left a lasting impression on everyone around him. He often said he had done everything he wanted to do in life and could not ask for more. Hunting was another of his great passions, especially in the high desert of Wyoming, where he formed many lasting friendships.

Tommy was preceded in death by his son Marc in 2025. He is survived by his wife Debra, son Michael, daughter Karin Neal, son-in-law Jeffrey Neal, daughter-in-law Lisa Jarrard, brother Dennis Jarrard, and his beloved grandchildren Katherine, James, and Grace Neal, and Vincent and Joseph Jarrard.

His memory will live on in the hearts of his wife, family, and friends who loved him dearly. They will miss him each and every day, finding comfort in knowing he is at peace with God in heaven because of his faith in Jesus Christ.
