He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sladisky and Valeria Sladisky (Yuhas); his brother Michael Sladisky; and his pet Bella. He is survived by: his nephews, Jonathan and Brandon; and his friends, Mary and Bill Keller.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, Inc. (1509 5th Ave, Arnold, PA 15068). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Czestochowa Church (857 Kenneth Ave, New Kensington, PA 15068).
