Thomas Michael Brantley

Thomas Michael “Mike” Brantley, 68, of Crosbyton, passed away on March 5, 2026. Born on January 10, 1958, in Crosbyton to Thomas and Cornelia Brantley, Mike cherished time spent with his family above all else. He found joy in watching cowboy shows and bull riding, and he loved to hunt, fish, and cook for those around him.

A lifelong man of the land, Mike worked in agriculture for most of his life, farming, ranching, and repairing cotton gins. He was also a skilled welder and machinist and became part owner of Farmer’s Machine.

He is survived by his mother, Cornelia Brantley of Crosbyton; his brothers, Garry (Doby) Brantley of Crosbyton and Jerry (Bo) Brantley of Lubbock; his nieces and nephews, Victoria (Peeper) Thurmond of Lubbock, Lindsay (Boo) Brantley of Lubbock, Thomas Landon Brantley of Midland, and Alisha (Sissy) Owen of Midland; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Alexander Brantley, and his nephew, Brandon Brantley.
