Thomas L. Reikofski, age 81, passed away at Jennie Edmundson Hospital on March 16, 2026. He was born March 31, 1944, to the late Martin and Mildred (Carpenter) Reikofski in Tilden, NE. Tom graduated high school from Columbus Senior High, in Columbus Nebraska with the class of 1962. He retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and was a member of Timothy Lutheran Church. Tom volunteered at the Union Pacific Railroad Museum and was a member of the Eagles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John "Jack" Reikofski; sister & brother-in-law, Joyce & Bennie Goldsberry.
Tom is survived by his wife of 62 years, Aggie Reikofski; children, Regina "Gina" Morgan, Kelly Rounds (Russell Jr.), Ricki Reikofski, Kristina "Krissi" Clawson, Tommy Reikofski (Maureen); siblings-in-law, Jane Reikofski, Pat & Dan Jacobsen, Ed & Millie Sumovich; grandchildren, Jacob Morgan (Rachel), McKenna Morgan, Martin Rounds (Teal), Amanda Vyhnalek (Dave Hawley), Mitchell Rounds (Macy), Derek Runions, Taylor Reikofski (Jordan McWhorter), Tanner Clawson (Chelsea), Emmett Reikofski, Ella Reikofski, Liam Reikofski, and Rowan Reikofski; great grandchildren, Harry Vyhnalek, Claire Vyhnalek, Allison Vyhnalek, Noah Rounds, Madison Rounds, and Callen Clawson; beloved cat, Lily; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, March 20, 2026. Interment is in Ridgewood Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
