Thomas J. LeClair

1962 — 2026

Oostburg, WI

Thomas J. LeClair, 64, of Oostburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.

Born on January 16, 1962, to John and Judith (Thomas) LeClair, Tom graduated from Cedar Grove High School. On June 10, 1989, he married Constance Van Stelle. After years of over-the-road driving, he left that career in 2000 to be closer to his family and began working at Oostburg Concrete Products. He found his greatest joy on the family farm, caring for the horses, buildings, and land. He was often seen driving his pickup truck with their beloved yellow lab, Tank, riding in the back. Tom took great pride in his strong work ethic, his job, and the vehicles he drove. Above all, he was a protective and devoted husband, father, and papa whose presence will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Connie; daughters Lindsay, Michaela, and Lauren LeClair; granddaughter Ada; father John LeClair; mother-in-law Sandy Van Stelle; siblings Jim (Elizabeth) LeClair, Diane LeClair, and Mike (Jackie) LeClair; sisters-in-law Rachel (Kyle) Weavers and Nikki Van Stelle; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith LeClair, and his father-in-law, John Van Stelle.
