Thomas Edward Wood

Thomas Edward Wood, age 48, of North Arlington, New Jersey, passed unexpectedly on March 12, 2026. Born on February 2, 1978, in Ridgewood, Tom was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished friend to many.

A dedicated member of Laborers Local 731 for more than twenty years, Tom brought hard work, pride, and commitment to the construction industry. He was known for his caring nature and for always being the person others could count on in times of need. Away from work, he was an excellent cook who took special joy in preparing holiday feasts for his family. His love of cooking was matched by his passion for travel, and he treasured family trips to Disney, Hershey Park, Virginia, and the Jersey Shore, where he created lasting memories with those he loved.

Tom was the devoted son of Edward and the late Sharon Wood, and the son-in-law of Louis and the late Barbara Rente. He is survived by his beloved wife, Brianne Wood; his loving daughters, Alexandra Kaduscwicz, Trinity Kaduscwicz, and Victoria Wood; his siblings, Sandy Bonelli and her husband Lee, Edward Wood, and Danielle Wood; and many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
