Thomas D. Moore

Thomas Moore of Voorhees, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, at the age of 83. He was the beloved husband of the late Alice Moore (née Rossetti). Tom was a devoted father to Alice F. Moore, Eric Moore (Tiffany Novak), and the late Thomas D. Moore, III. He was the dear brother of Rosemary Auge, Edward Moore, and the late Frances Moore and Veronica Day. He was a loving grandfather to Dylan E. Moore and Jessica Knight.

A graduate of Rutgers University in Camden, Tom managed a claims office at Hanover Insurance for many years. Earlier in his career, he drove eighteen-wheelers for the Teamsters Union. He found joy in playing golf, weightlifting, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family. Tom and his late wife shared a deep passion for animals and took great pleasure in rescuing stray cats and dogs from the streets of Camden.

He will be remembered for his steadfast devotion to those he loved and for a life marked by hard work, quiet strength, and genuine kindness.
