Theresa R. Weiland

Theresa Rose Weiland, 61, of Natrona Heights, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Born in Pittsburgh on January 16, 1965, to the late William and Jean DeLuca O’Bryan, she had lived in Natrona Heights since moving from New Kensington in 2007, having previously resided in Penn Hills.

Theresa worked as a medical transcriptionist for Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights and earlier at Denny’s Restaurant in New Kensington. She found great joy in flower gardening, crafting, wreathmaking, home interior design, and drinking coffee. She cherished hosting family for the holidays and took special delight in creating memorable celebrations for those she loved. She also loved the beach and treasured quiet, meaningful time spent with family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Brianna Weiland (husband, Obai Kouli) of Lower Burrell; her partner, David Beattie of Natrona Heights; her siblings, Donna (Scott) VanScyoc of North Huntingdon and Bill O’Bryan of Penn Hills; niece and nephews, Rachel O’Bryan, Zachary O’Bryan, and Ryan VanScyoc; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved friends.
