Preserve forever →Theresa "Terri" Dale Ball
January 19, 1957— March 11, 2026
Tallapoosa, GA
Theresa Dale Ball, affectionately known as Terri, passed away suddenly on March 11, 2026, in a Rome hospital. Born Theresa Dale Manus on January 19, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Frank Wayne Manus and the late Marie Gray Manus. In addition to her parents, Terri was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Ball, Sr.
Terri was much more than a skilled nail technician and successful salon owner. She was an artist who delighted in making people feel beautiful, always impeccably put together in a reflection of the grace and care she brought to every part of her life. Her greatest joy came from time spent with her family. She cherished moments with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A lover of the outdoors, she found peace in the sunshine and the calm rhythm of the beach. She also enjoyed reading, the creativity of cooking, and entertaining those she loved.
Terri is survived by her beloved children, Tanya (Anthony Nichols) Turner of Cedartown, Robert Ball, Jr. of Kentucky, and Stephen Ball, Sr. of Alabama, along with her daughters-in-love, Saprina Vaughn and Lisa Harrison. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren—Harlee, Halee, Cody, Madison, Dillon, Stephen Jr., Tara, and Tyler—and her treasured great-grandchildren Oaklee, Hunter, Preslee, Maicee, Rhett, Rhenleigh, Dakota, and Able. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for the vibrant spirit she shared so generously with the world.
