Theresa Ann Townsend

Theresa Ann Townsend, née Hines, aged 72, passed away peacefully at her home in Beaver City, Nebraska on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Born on April 28, 1953, in Ellinwood, Kansas, she was the daughter of Leo Michael and Eleanor Catherine (Hoffman) Hines.

Theresa is survived by her devoted husband, Eugene Townsend of Beaver City, Nebraska; her daughters, Brandy Marie Shepard and husband Antonio of Belleville, Illinois, and Joann Elizabeth Markle and husband Jeremy of Bossier City, Louisiana; grandchildren Kristina and spouse Timothy, Athena, Isabella, Rebecca, Jordan, and Madison; great-grandchildren Maeson and Timothy; sisters Joyce Schulte and husband Joe, Paula Biles, and Kathy Hines; along with the extended Townsend and Vairy families and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Daniel Michael Hines.
