Thelma Alarcon ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel on Mar. 10, 2026.Thelma Alarcon, 82, of Salinas, passed away on March 3,2026 in Salinas, Ca.She will be laid to rest at Kingston Cemetery in Metropolis IL.Thelma was born in Metropolis IL to WC Birmingham and Allegra Kipp on October 19, 1943.She worked as a tax pre-payer for H&R Block for 47 years and enjoyed her time with her family, friends and clients and will be missed by all.Thelma is preceded in death by her son David Alarcon, father WC Birmingham, mother Allegra Kipp, half sister Ruby Crafton and half-brother Troy Birmingham.Thelma is survived by her daughter Tami (James) Boteilho, of Salinas Ca. Sister Carol Jean (Lloyd) Bremer of Metropolis, IL. Granddaughter Alisa Alarcon (Lucio) of Vallejo, Ca, grandsons Antonio Alarcon (My-Leka) of Fairfield, Ca and Austin Boteilho of Salinas, Ca, great grand-daughters Isabella Alarcon and Eliyannah Rosete-Alarcon of Vallejo, Ca.
