Terry O. Haller

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry O. Haller of Highland, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Haller and Dorris Haller (Hug); his wife Lynn Knabel; his granddaughter Mary Grace Haller; his son-in-law Steven Frohn; his parents-in-law, Alvin and Grace Knabel (Zobrist); and his brother-in-law Ralph Korte.

He is survived by: his children, Tad O. Haller (Lisa) of Baton Rouge, LA and Amy Frohn of Aviston, IL; his grandchildren, Abigayle M. Hahn (Benjamin), Cody S. Frohn (Makayla), Catherine R. Osborn (Nicholas) and Kristen L. Haller (Emme McElveen) of Zane, C. O; his great grandchildren, Braylon, Leni and Noa Frohn; and his sisters, Donna Korte of Highland, IL and Cheryl Porter (Stephen) of Edwardsville, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evangelical United Church-Christ (2520 Poplar St, Highland, IL 62249).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Parkinson Disease Association or the Louis Latzer Memorial Public Library.
