Terry B. Panciera, 80, of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, passed away peacefully at his home on March 9, 2026. Born in Stafford Springs, he was the son of the late Gerbino and Alice (Plummer) Panciera. Terry proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He worked for many years at the former Matteson Lumber and later as a self-employed carpenter and builder. Known for his strong work ethic and remarkable skill with his hands, he took great pride in his craftsmanship.
In his free time, Terry found deep joy on his farm, spending time outdoors, and hunting. These pursuits remained a cherished part of his life for decades.
He is survived by his sister, Judy (Duquette) Cyr Ambrosi; his brother, Alan Duquette; several nieces and nephews; and his special friend, Debbie (Hockla) Kaba. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Edwin and Kenneth Duquette.
