Terri Lynn Carr

Terri Lynn Carr of St. Clair, Missouri, passed away in St. Louis, Missouri, on Monday, March 9, 2026, at the age of sixty-six years, two months, and ten days. She was born in Long Beach, California, on December 27, 1959, the daughter of Howard Paul Hill and Barbara Mae Hill, née Swearingen. As a young woman she was blessed with three sons. On June 5, 2015, she married Douglas Henry Carr in Farmington, Missouri.

Terri is survived by her husband, Douglas Carr of St. Clair; her sons, Jason Calvert and wife Jessica of Park Hill, Missouri, Chris Davidson and wife Lana of Sullivan, Missouri, and Thomas Duro and wife Katie of St. Genevieve, Missouri; and six grandchildren, Morrigan, John Edward, Audriana, Ainsley, Molly, and Macie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Barbara Hill.

For many years Terri worked as a nurse at St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Louis, now known as Mercy Hospital South. She was a longtime member of the St. Clair Elks Lodge 2651 and gave generously of her time volunteering at the Senior Center, Master Donuts, and Agape House, all in St. Clair. She found joy in raising flowers, fishing, hunting, and above all, spending time with her family. The love they shared and the many precious memories they created together will remain with them always.

A kind and loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and treasured friend, Terri will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
