Terri Aldrich Strand
July 8, 1952— March 3, 2026
Warner Robins, GA
Terri Aldrich Strand, 73, entered into rest on the evening of Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Born on July 8, 1952, in Hastings, Michigan, Terri was the daughter of the late Clarence Aldrich and Evelyn Nicholson Aldrich. She was raised in Michigan and graduated from Ionia High School in 1970. Following graduation, she worked locally until her marriage in 1972.
As a devoted military wife during her husband’s United States Air Force career, Terri lovingly created a home wherever they were stationed. Their journey took them to many places, though they especially cherished their years in Texas, Michigan, and Georgia. In 1986, they made their permanent home in Warner Robins. For a time, she also worked part-time at the Robins Air Force Base Commissary.
Terri was a woman of deep faith. Over the years, she was an active member of the Church of the Nazarene, later Southside Baptist Church, and most recently she was attending Central Baptist Church. She faithfully sang in the choir, loved teaching Sunday School, and found great joy in working with children and youth through programs such as Awana and Caravans.
Loving and caring, Terri was a powerful Christian and devoted prayer warrior. With a joyful spirit, she had a wonderful sense of humor reminiscent of her father. Terri also took delight in sewing, cross-stitching, crocheting, and solving jigsaw puzzles.
In addition to her parents, Terri was preceded in death by her husband, MSgt. John Allen Strand, Sr., USAF (Ret.)
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, John Strand, II (Nikki) of Wrightsville, Georgia, Timothy Strand (Anna) of Lake Odessa, Michigan, Stephanie Keller (David) of Perry, Georgia, and Cynthia Ray (Robert) of Lakeland, Florida; grandchildren, John Allen Strand, III, Isabella Root (Tyler), Matthew Woelfle, Dustin Strand (Bupe), Robert Ray, II, Garrett Ray, Tyler Ray, Karolina Keller, Carlie Strand, Averi Keller, Karl Keller, David Keller, Jr. Jadon Keller, and Ryder Strand; and nine great-grandchildren; as well as siblings, Stephen Aldrich (Deborah), Jane Aldrich, and Tami Sutlifff (Clare), all of Lake Odessa, Michigan.
