Terrence Burton Johnson

Terrence Burton “Burt” Johnson, age 53, entered into rest on Monday, March 9, 2026.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Beth Ennis Johnson; son Brett (Samantha) Johnson; mother Ann Epperly Johnson; brothers Gerald (Sherry) Johnson and Russ (Carmen) Johnson; sister Sonya (Phillip) Napier; grandson Rory Myles Johnson; special niece Maci Johnson; niece Dawn (Allen) Fulmer; nephew John Caleb (Candace) Napier; and father-in-law Clemson Ennis. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Terry Johnson.

Burt served Arise Ministries with a compassionate heart and a deep desire to help others find healing and freedom. His life was a quiet testimony that God meets us in our broken places and continues to work in us day by day. Many lives were touched because he chose to show up, to share his own story, and to encourage others to keep going. The Arise family remains sincerely grateful for the impact he made through his faith and faithful service.
