Terrance J. Raymond

1952 — 2026

Beacon, NY

Terrance J. Raymond of Beacon passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 73, surrounded by his family. Born on November 4, 1952, in Beacon, he was the son of the late James Raymond and Barbara Pavelock. He worked at the Texaco Research Plant until its closure, later at Green Haven Prison, and then at Home Depot until his retirement. On February 14, 1976, he married the love of his life, Jane, and remained devotedly by her side for 46 years until her passing on May 25, 2022.

An avid sports fan, Terrance especially loved the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. He cherished gathering with family and friends on football Sundays and enjoyed watching classic movies, westerns, and UFC events, as well as listening to Elvis Presley. He found great joy in spending time with his children, grandchildren, and friends, whether bowling, fishing, or playing board games—particularly his favorite, Aggravation. His kindly nature and generous heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his loving children, Michael (Dana) Raymond and Jason (Sage) Raymond; his brother, Kevin Raymond; his sisters, Vicki Baxter and Sharon Balser; his beloved grandchildren, Austin and Aiden Raymond; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
