Teresa Pereira

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Pereira (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 8, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Diane Robinson; her brothers, Antonio Carvalho and John Carvalho; her former husband Manuel G. Pereira; and her parents, Francisco Carvalho and Maria Olivia Pimentel Carvalho.

She is survived by: her children, Cesar Pereira (Nelly Botelho), Bernadette Pereira, Christina Pereira (Glenn Barboza), Nancy Pereira and Margaret Batcheller; her grandchildren, Ashley Pereira, Tyler Quin-Pereira, Dominique Pereira, Kayla Arruda, Christine Cabral Hughes, Catherine Cabral, Jeffrey M. Hanoud Jr. and Laryah Johnson; her great grandchildren, Laniyah, Jordyn, Olivia, Luca and Ronan; and her siblings, Olivia Camara, Lucy Estrella, Clara Borges, Jeremias Carvalho, Cesar Carvalho, Luis Carvalho, Jose M. Carvalho and Boanerges Carvalho. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Santo Christo Church (185 Canal St, Fall River, MA 02721). A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (2233 Robeson St, Fall River, MA 02720).
