Teresa Kay Stephens

Funeral services for Mrs. Teresa Stephens will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2026, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Mike Prestininzi officiating. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 4 until 7 p.m. and again on Sunday from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Stephens, 77, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, at Dogwood Point Memory Care in Milan.

She was born in Medina, TN to the late Robert Elmer Mooney and Virginia Evie Elzora (Jones) Mooney. Teresa was retired from Century Electric. She was a faithful member of Northside Church of Christ in Trenton, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Faye Duncan.

Teresa is survived by her husband of 56 years, Larry Stephens; son, Sonny Stephens and wife Tammy; daughter, Starla Young; brother, Steve Mooney; sisters, Brenda Saddoris and Regina Bacon; grandchildren, Michael Dane Stephens, Deven Clay Stephens, Ryan Kyle Stephens, Austin Hunter Stephens, Madison Kaye Whitehead; great-grandchildren, Levi Ashton Young, Leo Christian Whitehead, Callie Stephens, Camryn Stephens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
