Teresa Ann Boatner

April 17, 1955 March 14, 2026

Sand Springs, OK

Teresa Ann Boatner, age 70, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of the family she cherished so deeply.

Teresa was born on April 17, 1955, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. During her early childhood, her family moved to Missouri, where she spent several formative years before returning to Sand Springs in her early teens. It was there she continued her schooling and built many lifelong connections.

In 1979, Teresa married the love of her life, Mike Boatner. Their marriage was one defined by devotion, companionship, and a deep, enduring love. From the day they married, they walked through life side by side, sharing adventures, laughter, and unwavering support for one another until Teresa gained her wings.

Teresa found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved to fish for whatever would bite her hook, finding peace and relaxation while sitting by the water. She especially loved Lake Eufaula, where countless cherished family memories were made over the years. Teresa and Mike also loved to travel together. Many of their favorite moments were spent simply driving and exploring, enjoying the quiet happiness of being together.

When her children were born, Teresa devoted herself wholeheartedly to being a stay-at-home mother, raising them with endless love, care, and attention. Her family was always her greatest priority. Later in life, Teresa furthered her education and became a pharmacy technician, a career she dedicated herself to for the next 30 years. She was respected by her coworkers and formed many lasting friendships, continuing to gather with former colleagues later in life to visit, laugh, and share the warmth she naturally brought to everyone around her.

Teresa loved bringing family together and never missed an opportunity to celebrate the people she loved. She was known for never forgetting a birthday and always making others feel special. Some of her most treasured traditions were the yearly trips she and Mike took to Branson, Missouri, and Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Rather than focusing on the typical tourist attractions, Teresa preferred simply spending meaningful time with those she loved most.

Those who knew Teresa described her as a woman full of love, whose life revolved around her family. She treasured every moment she had with her loved ones and made sure they always knew how important they were to her.

Teresa is survived by her devoted husband, Mike Boatner; her children, Joey Boatner, Michelle Glasby, Robbie Miller and John Miller; as well as 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a host of family members and dear friends whom she loved deeply.

She was preceded in death by her father, Doyal Biggs; her brother Larry Biggs: and her mother, Norma Biggs.

Teresa's legacy is one of love, devotion, and family. The memories she created and the love she shared will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.Services have been entrusted to Schaudt Funeral Service.
