Teddy Bob Teffeteller

Teddy Bob Teffeteller, age 86, of Maryville, passed away on March 4, 2026, at Prisma Blount Memorial Hospital. Born on February 24, 1940, Teddy retired from the Air National Guard at McGhee Tyson after 26 years of dedicated service. A devout Christian, he was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Alcoa. He cherished traveling and, above all, treasured the moments spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Myrtle Teffeteller. Teddy is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joy Teffeteller; sons, Tony Teffeteller and Chris Teffeteller; grandchildren, Crystal and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Carson, Texanna, and Ethan Dixon; brother, Bill Teffeteller; and special friend, Mike Whaley. Those who knew him will remember a man who remained active and engaged with life well into his later years, supported in part by the kindness of the staff at Twin City Automotive Group.
