Tasha Lavine, 49, of New Iberia, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana.
She is survived by her fiancé, Clifton Dore, Jr.; her mother, Elizabeth Lavine; two sons, Reese Polk (Katelyn) and Da'Taven Dore; one daughter, Lekera Dore, all of New Iberia; three brothers, Norman Lavine, Jr. (Deborah), Brandon Lavine, and Draper Walker of New Iberia; two sisters, Sheri Lavine (Adrian Colar) and LaKeisha Lavine of New Iberia; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Tasha was preceded in death by her son, Clifton Dore, III, and her father, Norman Lavine, Sr.
A memorial service will be held for her at a later date.
