Tammy is survived by her husband, Richard Fortner Sr.; her daughters, Carrie Courter (Brian) and Ashley Breeden (Randy); her stepchildren, Richard Fortner Jr. and Tiffany Fortner; her siblings, Ronald Harvey Jr., Debbie Crim, and Daniel Harvey; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Aubrey, Dylan, Andrew, and Nicholas.
She will be remembered with love by her family for the life they shared together.
