Tammy Lynne Harvey Fortner, 60, of Fort Valley, VA, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center. We will receive family and friends Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 6-8 at Valley Funeral Service in Edinburg.Ms. Fortner was born October 24, 1965, in Prince William County, Virginia, daughter of the late Ronald Harvey Sr. and Sandra Goade Harvey. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Harvey and two grandchildren, Gavin and Erynn.She is survived by her husband, Richard Fortner Sr.; daughters, Carrie Courter (Brian), Ashley Breeden (Randy); stepson, Richard Fortner Jr.; stepdaughter, Tiffany Fortner; siblings, Ronald Harvey Jr., Debbie Crim, Daniel Harvey; and grandchildren, Lucas, Aubrey, Dylan, Andrew, and Nicholas.
