Tammy Carlton

March 20, 1965 March 13, 2026

Jonesville, LA

Tammy Jo Carroll Carlton, 60, of Jonesville, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at her residence. Born on March 20, 1965, in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, she was a woman of deep and unwavering faith who loved Jesus with all her heart. A proud and faithful member of Wallace Ridge Pentecostal Church, she cherished her church family and especially looked forward to the Women’s Conferences where she could worship, grow in her faith, and enjoy fellowship with others.

Above all, Tammy loved her family. A devoted and nurturing mother, she poured her life into raising her boys with love, guidance, and strong values. She continued that same caring spirit by helping to raise her grandchildren, always making sure they felt loved and supported. She was a faithful and loving wife to her husband, Clifton, standing by his side through the years. Tammy showed her affection through cooking for those she cared about, ensuring everyone left her table full. She also had a tender heart for animals, particularly cats and dogs, and enjoyed spending her free time at flea markets and rummage sales searching for treasures.

She is reunited with her father, Irvin Theo Carroll, and her grandparents, Pete York and Beatrice York.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Clifton Carlton, Jr., of Jonesville, Louisiana; her mother, Joan St. Clergy and husband Ralph of Marksville, Louisiana; her sons, Justin Neal and wife Brandi of Monterey, Louisiana, Colt Carlton and wife Sierra of Sicily Island, Louisiana, and Jeffery Neal of Jonesville, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Jacob Neal, Valarie Neal, Hayden Neal, Peyton Carlton, Whitney Carlton, Jayce Carlton, Kalub Neal, and Ali Rose Neal; her great-granddaughter, Marley Grace; her sister, Shannon Driver and husband Kenneth of Marksville, Louisiana; her brother, Irvin Carroll; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
