Born and raised in San Antonio, she attended Lanier High School. She was devoted to her husband of 47 years until his passing in 1998. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She lived life with one priority – her family.Preceded in death by Spouse, James Arriola Sr.; Parents, Joe & Juantia Calderon; Brother, Joe B. Calderon.Survived by children: Evelyn (Carol) Ragonesi, Rene (Gina) Arriola, James (Vickie) Arriola Jr., Suzette (Jeane) Arriola.Grandchildren: Kyle (Paulina) Ragonesi, James (Taylor) Arriola III, Jason Arriola, Sasha Arriola, Rene Arriola Jr., Ashley Arriola.Great-grandchildren: Katy and Jacob Arriola, Camden Pines, Luca and Gia RagonesiSurvived by: Brother, Arnulfo Calderon, Brother-in-law, Aaron Mendoza, Jr. Numerous nieces and nephews.Visitation: Sunday, Mar 15, 2026, at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South, 1700 SE Military Drive, San Antonio, TX 5:00pm – 8:00 pmMass of Christian Burial: Monday, Mar 16, 2026, at Holy Name Catholic Church, 3814 Nash Blvd., San Antonio, TX. Visitation 9:00-9:30 am; Rosary 9:30 am followed by Mass at 10:00 am. Procession following Mass to Mission Park Funeral Chapel South for Interment. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Susie C.
