Susan Rae Mezera

Susan Rae Mezera, 66, of Marysville, Ohio, passed away on Friday evening, March 13, 2026, at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Born on May 4, 1959, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late James Raymond Engelke and Violet Lucille Weethee, Susan was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Mezera, a brother, and her longtime companion David Charles. She is survived by her children Patricia Mezera Hovey, Cassandra Jenkins, and William “Cody” Pack, as well as several grandchildren.

Susan was a devoted Green Bay Packers fan who cherished watching NFL games. She found simple joy in eating at Culver’s, spending time with her son Cody, and visiting with his little Corgi, Lilo. Above all, she considered her greatest achievement in life to be raising her son Cody.

She will be remembered with love by her family for the quiet devotion she showed them.
