She was predeceased by: her parents, Loung and Muan; and her sister Suepop. She is survived by: her husband R. P. Boutwell; her sons, Tom (Trudi Boutwell) and John (Sabrina Boutwell); her grandchildren, Brandon Boutwell, Katrina Ingram (Joe Bachant), Emily Skaggs (Zachary Skaggs), Sarah Bradford, Ricky Bradford, Fiance' and Jade Greene; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Skaggs, Logan Skaggs, Sebastian Ingram, Alphonse Bachant and Sersha Bachant.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (3733 US-231, Panama City, FL 32404).
