She was an alumnus of Tift College and retired as a CNA with Southern Care Hospice. Sue was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed hiking, camping, astronomy, and photography. She loved her cats and being Grandma to her grandchildren.Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Haack-Smith with husband Michael, and Erin Fowler with husband Ray; a brother, Bill Wannamaker with wife Irmgard; a sister, Ann Keefe with husband Willis; and four grandchildren, Jay Fowler IV, Abby Fowler, Talon Smith, and Lily Fowler.No services are planned at this time.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
