Stuart C. Shive

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stuart C. Shive of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2026 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stuart C. Shive to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Fraser Shive; his parents, Harold Fredrick Shive and Laura Jane Moyer Shive; and his children, James S. Shive and Lolly A. Shive.

He is survived by: his children, Linda R. Sharpless (Leslie), Kenneth N. Shive (Sherry), Patti L. Aker (Norman) and Nancy L. Falcone (James); and his grandchildren, Nathan Sharpless, Clayton Sharpless, Kendall Falcone, James Falcone, Hannah Aker, Zachary Shive and Ian Shive. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
