It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Paul Hruby (New Prague, Minnesota), who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Steven's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hruby and Bernice Hruby (Kajer); and his siblings, Noreen Hruby and Mark Hruby. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard "Dick" Hruby (Mary Jo) of New Prague, Margaret Moe (Gary) of Willow River, Barbara Bilek (Gary) of Garrison and Anita Hruby (Keith White) of Minneapolis; and his sister-in-law Renee Hruby of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (215 Main St E, New Prague, MN 56071). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
