Steven Mehaffey

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Mehaffey of South Park, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steven touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane P. (Cavalovitch); his children, Jason, Dayna Lips (Richard) and Brian; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Lips, Nathan Lips and Owen Mehaffey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the David Henney Funeral Home (6364 Library Rd, South Park Township, PA 15129).
