Steven L. Kauffman

Steven Kauffman, 76, passed away on March 10, 2026. A well-loved family man with a warm sense of humor and genuine kindness, Steve was a constant presence in the lives of those around him and a familiar face at local restaurants.

He is survived by his sons, David Kauffman and Thomas Kauffman; his grandchildren, Gracie Kauffman, 13, Eli Kauffman, 11, Brenden Kauffman, 18, Lillian Ashman, 19, and Kaylee Kauffman, 25; and his great-granddaughter, Brynnleigh Dossey, 1.

A celebration of his life will be held at John Wesley United Methodist Church on Friday, March 20 at 5 p.m., followed by a reception. In keeping with Steve’s spirit, the family has asked that friends bring potluck dishes to share rather than flowers.
