Steven Gale

Steven Gale passed away peacefully at home on March 8, 2026. He was 67 years old. Born on April 10, 1958 in Peekskill, New York, Steve was the son of Wilbur Gale and Alberta Gilleo of Ithaca, New York. He worked as an automotive detailer in the local area throughout his life.

Predeceased by his mother, Alberta Gilleo, and his sister, Deborah Sheppard, Steve is survived by his wife, Jennifer Gale of Marlboro, New York; his father, Wilbur Gale of Ithaca, New York; his brothers, Robert Gale of Peekskill, New York, and William Gale of Hanover, Minnesota; his sisters, Cathy Arnold of Florida and Darleen Polhamus-Aube of Homosassa, Florida; his daughter, Brittany Gale of Hanover, Minnesota; his sister-in-law, Jody Depew of Modena, New York; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Steve was a loving son, husband, uncle, and friend. He cherished time spent fishing with family and friends at local spots and was deeply passionate about automobiles. He proudly participated in numerous car shows with his 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport, earning many trophies and accolades.
