Steve was born April 10, 1958 in Peekskill, NY. He is the son of Wilbur Gale and Alberta Gilleo of Ithaca New York. Steve was an Automotive Detailer in the local area.Predeceased by his mother Alberta Gilleo, and sister Deborah Sheppard. Survivors include Jennifer Gale of Marlboro NY, Wilbur Gale of Ithaca NY, Robert Gale of Peekskill NY, William Gale of Hanover MN, Cathy Arnold of FL, Brittany Gale of Hanover MN, Jody Depew of Modena NY, Darleen Polhamus-Aube of Homosassa FL, and many nieces, nephews and friends.Steve was a loving son, husband, uncle and friend. He enjoyed fishing with his friends and family, spent many days near the local fishing spots. He was passionate about all things automotive and car shows, participated in many car shows with his 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport, acquiring many trophies and accolades.Services will take place privately.Arrangements were entrusted to the DiDonato Funeral Service, Inc.
