He retired from UPS after 35 years of service and safely driving over 1 million miles. Vietnam Veteran US Army. He was an avid golfer, loved OSU football and basketball, and NASCAR. He was very proud of his lawn and strived to keep it the best in the neighborhood. Survived by loving wife of 57 years, Deborah Hamilton; children, Gregory "Jamie" (Diane) Hamilton, Amy Hamilton, Shawn (Tara) Hamilton; grandchildren, Jenna Stroud, Jaron Hamilton, Makala Stroud, Richard Jenkins, Michael Jenkins, Nicholas Jenkins, Tyler (Stephanie) Hamilton, Trevor Hamilton; 8 great grandchildren; sister Laura (Henry) Perdas of Wheelersburg, OH; brother Ronnie (Carolyn) Hamilton of South Webster, OH; many nieces, nephews, other loving family and his golfing buddies. Preceded in death by parents, Unior and Flossie Hamilton, Gladys Hamilton and sister Sissie. Funeral service Thursday, March 19, 2026, 1:00 PM Evans Funeral Home 4171 E.
